CASE STUDY III - Setting up a US branch of an Indian ITES Co.

An Indian ITES company wished to have a presence in the US and sought SKP’s assistance in choosing the type of entity to be set up, obtaining foreign investment approval and forming the entity overseas.

We presented several tax and non several tax and non-tax factors to the client for consideration following which the client was advised on the type of entity. SKP also obtained all necessary investment approvals and coordinated with international associates to help the client set-up smoothly.
