Job Description:

  • Handling board / visitors and all Admin related activities for the particular site
  • All day-to-day “business as usual” activities pertaining to the smooth running of Reception desk
  • Handling Couriers
  • Conference Call Bookings
  • Meeting Room Bookings
  • Updating Staff Extension List
  • Plants & Flower Arrangements
  • Newspapers & Magazines
  • First Aid & Medicine Kit
  • Receiving vendor Invoices/ Cheque Distribution
  • Maintaining Pantry Stock
  • Miscellaneous Activities
  • Car and hotel bookings
  • MIS on vendor payment
