Alpana Shirgaonkar

Executive Director - Business Process Management

 

Alpana heads the Business Process Management practice for international clients at Nexdigm (SKP). She leads a team of 120+ accounting professionals that manage our clients’ finance and accounting (F&A) processes. She also leads a team of 40+ attorneys that provide contract lifecycle management to our clients.

She specializes in assessing and understanding client needs across cultures, geographies, and industries, designing customized transition plans and implementing them, handholding the project through hypercare to steady-state and then guiding continuous improvement efforts. Building strong and lasting client relationships is core to her role.

Her passion is in organization development, including leading improvement projects and investing in the growth of our people. She heads the 'Learning and Development' function for BPM at Nexdigm (SKP). She set up the training center to help post-graduates fresh out of college to become corporate ready. For several years, she led a team of 18+ IT professionals who provide technology solutions to the firm.

Since the time she joined the organization in 2006, she has been exposed to every aspect of the business and has been an integral part of the organization's maturing to its current position as a delivery partner trusted by its clients.

A Commerce graduate, Alpana qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2002. She is also a CPA from Georgia State board of accountancy.
